Richie is a rampaging party girl wreaking havoc with her entourage at the Cannes Film Festival when her spurned cousin Haley comes gunning for her throne. Staged as a raucous pub crawl up and down Rigsbee Avenue and Foster Street in downtown Durham, this all-female promenade will rock you like an all-nighter in Ibiza.
