New Class: “Movement in the Park” starts 17 September!

Movement in the Park: Strength & Serenity

Move, breathe, and flow in the open air with exercises that empower, stretch, and inspire your body and mind.

This class blends strength-training, stretching, light cardio, and creative movement. You'll engage in Pilates-based exercises to enhance core awareness and stability, dynamic stretches to improve flexibility and soothe the nervous system, moving meditations that foster harmony with nature, and gentle cardio for heart and lung health. Each session is designed to engage your body from head to toe while cultivating a mindful connection with the world around you.

Open to all fitness levels.

Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or find a moment of peace, this class will leave you feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and more connected to your body.

Dates and Times
Starts Tuesday 17 September 2024, from 8:00 to 9:00 AM.
Runs weekly every Tuesday through 5 November 2024.

Anton-Saefkow-Park
We will meet each week at the Spielplatz and enter the park together from there.

Cost
€10 / class. Payment required upon registration. Secure your spot via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash.

Participant Level
This class is open to all fitness levels, from beginners to those with more experience. Exercises can be modified to suit your individual needs and abilities.

Nicola brings over 25 years of diverse movement experience to their classes, blending a deep background in dance with 16 years of Pilates instruction. Certified in Pilates and passionate about somatics, yoga, and mindful movement, Nicola integrates various techniques to create a holistic and inclusive approach to fitness. Their classes celebrate the full spectrum of human movement and aim to connect students with their bodies and nature.
